As the IP for each URL must be resolved before it can be accessed, having a local cache of IP addresses can save you considerable time when browsing online. CIP will make editing the hosts file super simple, and give you much more information than if you edited it by hand.CIP goes a step further than merely annotating URL/IPpairs: it verifies your data and records when the verificationwas completed.
